In some patient due to stress full lifestyle, severe grinding, heavy occlusal load and high muscular activity occlusal surface of teeth are worn down and teeth becomes sharp or highly damaged at middle age that affecting the chewing efficiency and causing the teeth sensitive to hot or cold.

In such patients replacing the complete occlusal surface by HIGH STRENGHT COMPOSITE or CROWN to improve biting and prevent the tooth structure from further loss.
